Abstract

This Title of Article 17 of the Environmental Conservation Law of New York provides for the state aid for collection, treatment, and disposal of sewage. It further provides for comprehensive studies and reports; state aid; powers and duties of the commissioner of environmental conservation; powers of the municipalities; contracts for construction of sewage treatment works; operation and maintenance of sewage treatment works; contracts for construction of sewer systems; and water pollution control revolving fund agreements.
