No person shall at any street, gutter or public standpipe: (a) wash or bathe himself; (b) wash or bathe any animal or thing; (c) clean any fish or fowl; (d) wash or bathe or cause to be washed or bathed any child; and (e) wash any bicycle, motorcycle or motor vehicle (sect. 3). Other prohibitions concern entry upon grounds of a reservoir, drinking from a standpipe directly with the mouth, and dipping of buckets into reservoirs. Other sections deal with repair of pipes, escape of surplus water, inspection, and offences. (8 sections) Full text English
