The National Parks and Nature Conservancy Commission may license the taking of fish in “casiers” by residents on privately-owned land within the National Park at conditions set out in regulation 12. The Commission may also license the taking of fish with hand-lines by residents in the National Park. No fishing or hunting gear specified in regulation 15 shall be brought into the Park. Collection of certain shellfish by residents on privately-owned land is allowed under regulation 15.
