The Fruit Board may control the extent and location any land that may be used for the cultivation of fruit as well as establish the technical standards that have to be maintained in relation to the manufacture and processing of fruit. The Board may authorize the establishment of plants and factories for the manufacture, processing or canning of any fruit or fruit product (sect. 18). There are provisions relating to the powers of inspection by the Board (sect. 19). The relevant Minister may make regulations for the purpose of carrying out or giving effect to the principles and provisions of this Law. Full text English
