The present Regulations enter into force on 1 January 1997.
Abstract

The present Regulation enacts section 147 of the Environment Act. Section 3 establishes that a spill in excess of the amount specified in Schedule A is a spill under the Act which has to be reported to the Yukon Spills Report Centre. The text consists of 4 sections and 1 Schedule.
