Abstract The present Ordinance lays down provisions dealing with the protection of wild fauna and flora. Article 1 establishes that plants listed in Annex A enjoy total protection according to article13c of the Styrian Nature Protection Ordinance; whilst plants listed in Annex B are only partially protected.
