The present Ordinance enters into force on 6 June 2007.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions dealing with the protection of wild fauna and flora. Article 1 establishes that plants listed in Annex A enjoy total protection according to article13c of the Styrian Nature Protection Ordinance; whilst plants listed in Annex B are only partially protected. Articles 3 and 4 deal respectively with protected wild living animals and birds. The text consists of 6 articles and 2 Annexes.
