Abstract

The present Regulation enacts section 12(3) (a) and (c) of the Farm Practices Protection (Right to Farm) Act. Section 2 lists specialty wood crops prescribed for the purpose of paragraph (f) of the definition of "farm operation" in section 1 of the above-mentioned Act. Whereas section 3 lists types of exotic animals prescribed for the purpose of paragraph (n) of the definition of "farm operation" in section 1 of the Act.
