Abstract

These Special Administrative Measures for the Access of Foreign Investment in Pilot Free Trade Zones (PFTZ Negative List) uniformly set forth the ownership requirements, requirements for senior executives, and other special administrative measures for the access of foreign investment, and apply to pilot free trade zones. Fields not on the PFTZ Negative List shall be administered under the principle of equal treatment to both domestic and foreign investment.
