Abstract The present Ordinance implements both the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 16 November 2011 and the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2007. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the canton Basel-Stadt.
