Abstract

This Act establishes and regulates the South Australia Timber Corporation to promote trade in timber, timber products and related commodities. Functions and powers of the Corporation are described in details in the Act. Functions of the Corporation include trading in wood chips, wood pulp, logs, seedlings and seeds and participating within the State or outside the State in joint ventures involving trade in timber, timber products or related commodities.
