These Regulations shall be read in conjunction with the Solid and Hazardous Waste (Waste Disposal Sites) Regulations of 2003 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Regulations”). The principal and the present Regulations shall be read in conjunction and will be referred to as the Solid and Hazardous Waste (Waste Disposal Sites) Regulations 2003-2007. Sections 15 and 19 of the principal Regulations are hereby amended by replacing certain phrases. Also, Annex II to the principal Regulations a new sentence is added.
