The present Regulations enter into force on 1 July 1988.
Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Mineral Taxation Act, 1983. In particular, the Regulations lays down provisions relating to the prescription of a tax for each quarter commencing on or after 1 January 1988 with respect to the mineral production taxes imposed by the Act on the production of sodium chloride. The text consists of 5 sections.
