Abstract These Regulations are organised in 7 Parts, they follow: Part 1 provides for warning messages to be displayed on tobacco packages; Part 2 specifies requirements for the purposes of standardising tobacco products and tobacco packages this include color, smell of tobacco but also wrapping and other features of packaging, and prohibited features; Part 3 relates to information about tobacco products provided by retailers and manufacturers, and the testing of manufactured cigarettes; Part 4 specifies requirements that apply to smokeless tobacco products only (Part 1 and 2 do not apply to smokeless tobacco products); Part 5 specifies requirements that apply to vaping products only; Part 6 specifies information that a notifier must provide when notifying a product and specifies product safety requirements; Part 7 relates to general matters.
