"Agribusiness" means poultry and livestock farming and vegetable and crop production. In order to achieve the objectives of the Act, a Private Sector Consultative Committee and a Small Enterprise Guarantee Corporation are established. The Committee shall be an advisory body to the Minister and shall be composed of Government representatives and representatives of other institutions. The Corporation shall establish a loan and lease guarantee scheme for eligible small enterprises, under this Act and engage in providing alternative modes of financing and credit and investment guarantees for small enterprises.
