This rule does not apply to slaughtering carried out in the presence of an inspector and in accordance with a permit issued by an inspector and if the carcases of the stock slaughtered are taken immediately after slaughter to be dressed, at a public slaughterhouse, licensed slaughterhouse or licensed place.
