Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the granting of subsidies for skimmed milk and skimmed milk powder used in the production of feedstuff. Article 2 establishes that “Agrarmarkt Austria” (AMA) is responsible for the enforcement of the Ordinance. The text consists of ? articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Competence (2); Authorization (3); Packaging (4); Transport of unpacked compound feedstuff (5); Inspection (6); Application for the granting of a subsidy (7); Duty to keep register (8); Information (9); Duty to tolerate and participate (10); Costs (11); Export of compound feedstuff in another members state (10). One Annex is enclosed.
