The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 May 2007.
Abstract

The present Ordinance amends the Ordinance of 28 September 2004 (BGBl. I p. 2552). In particular, it adds articles 1a on Admission of electronic applications; and article 1b dealing with electronic application procedures for obtaining protection of plant varieties. The text consists of 3 articles.
