Abstract: The present Ordinance implements the Environment Protection Act of 29 May 2008. In particular, the Ordinance aims to reduce emissions from construction sites and construction sites similar establishments, especially those of particularly harmful and carcinogenic substances such as dust, diesel soot, aerosols and benzene. The text consists of 10 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Measures (II); Organization and implementation (III); Penalties (IV); Transitional and final provisions (V). Two Annexes are enclosed.
