The plan must be updated in accordance with the Regulations, with different requirements depending on the cost of the project. The Regulations are enforced by the Environment Agency and the local authority. The Regulations prescribe offences for breach of the Regulations. The Plan shall indicate design, construction method or materials employed in order to minimize the quantity of waste produced on site.
