Abstract

This Ordinance amends the Sindh Wildlife Protection Ordinance, 1972 by substituting subsection (1-A) of section 17 with new provisions on penalties applicable to those who illegally hunt rabbit, deer, hog deer or phara, wild goats, wild sheep, etc. and by increasing the fine in section 33(3) on penalties.
