Abstract This Act, consisting of 63 sections divided into seven Chapters, provides for the safety and standards of food and for establishment of an Authority known as the Sindh Food Authority. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Authority entitled to regulate and monitor the food business in order to ensure provision of safe food.
