Abstract The present Regulations enact the Agricultural Credit Corporation of Saskatchewan Act. In particular, section 2 of the Regulations rules that the short-term cattle loan programme is established. The purpose of the programme is to make available to participants, who are affected by high input costs and low returns, loans to maintain, grow or finish eligible cattle.
