The present Regulations enter into force on 10 January 2008.
Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Agricultural Credit Corporation of Saskatchewan Act. In particular, section 2 of the Regulations rules that the short-term cattle loan programme is established. The purpose of the programme is to make available to participants, who are affected by high input costs and low returns, loans to maintain, grow or finish eligible cattle. The text consists of 10 sections.
