Abstract

These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 18 of the Shooting and Fishing Leases Act, defines “eco-tourism activity” as an activity specified in the Schedule. No person shall carry out any eco-tourism activity on State land unless — (a) he has been granted a lease to carry out such activity thereon; and (b) he pays, in respect of that activity, the corresponding annual fee specified in the Schedule to the Conservator of Forests.
