Abstract

These Regulations require specified vessels including fishing vessels over eight metres in length and engaged in a commercial fishing which are not registered under a foreign flag to register in accordance with these Regulations with the Principal Licensing Officer. An owner of a vessel who fails to register or obtain a licence in accordance with these regulations commits an offence. The Schedule sets out forms for registration.
