Abstract

These Regulations provide for the following: vessel traffic service; radiotelephone equipment to be carried and operated on vessels; navigation and control of vessels; display of signal and lights; anchoring, mooring and berthing of vessels; port dues and fees; typhoon shelters; permission to load or discharge logs or other timber; the prohibition or control of fishing within specified areas of the waters of Hong Kong, the control of fishing by the use of bright lights, and the control of the erection and working of fishing stakes; etc.
