Abstract

This Regulation deals with the registration and report procedures when dealing in a shellfish business. It is divided up into Part1 - Definitions and Part2 - Registration. More particularly, this Regulation sets out the information required by a person to register with the Ministry of Fisheries, who engages in the business of the culture of shellfish from a lease or licensed area. Also set out is an example of a Ministry of Fisheries shellfish production report in the schedule [en. B.C. Reg. 475/88.].
