The provisions of regulation 4 shall be complied with in relation to fishing vessels. Regulation 5 lays down requirements regarding handling of shellfish from capture until final sale. Regulation 6 concerns the grading, packing, boxing and icing of shellfish, whereas regulation7 contains rules relative to the processing, cold storage and sale of shellfish. These Regulations shall be enforced and executed by such officers of the Minister as the Minister for Fisheries and Forestry may duly authorize in writing for that purpose.
