In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the grading of eggs. Section 2 establishes that except as provided in this Regulation all containers of eggs sold, offered for sale or held in possession for sale in the Province shall be marked with one of the grades listed in this section and shall conform with the Canada Agricultural Products Act..
