Abstract The present Regulations are made under the Agri-Food Act, 2004. Section 3 of the Regulations establishes that the Saskatchewan Sheep Development Plan is continued. The general purpose of the plan is to establish a system to provide for the orderly and effective development of the Saskatchewan sheep industry. Also the Sheep Development Board is continued under section 6. The Board shall administer the above-mentioned Plan.
