The present Regulations enter into force on 20 December 2013.
Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Agri-Food Act, 2004. Section 3 of the Regulations establishes that the Saskatchewan Sheep Development Plan is continued. The general purpose of the plan is to establish a system to provide for the orderly and effective development of the Saskatchewan sheep industry. Also the Sheep Development Board is continued under section 6. The Board shall administer the above-mentioned Plan. The text consists of 37 sections divided into 8 Parts as follows: Title and interpretation (I); Plan (II); Board (III); Registration (IV); Levies (V); Board Order (VI); Elections (VII); Repeal, transitional, coming into force (VIII).
