However, a vessel wholly owned by Palauan citizens or a business entity wholly owned by Palauan citizens may catch, incidental to other fishing activities, not more than one shark in any given calendar day, so long as the shark is landed whole, reported to the Bureau of Marine Resources and the Division of Marine Law Enforcement on the day it is caught, and the shark is used for a non-commercial purpose that is either personal or traditional.
