It also disposes about the effect of the repeal and the consequential amendments of Act 4 of 2019 ( Control and protection of Dogs Act, 2018) and Act 10 of 2014 (Animal and Plant Biosecurity Act, 2014), designating the Department of Agriculture as the Agency responsible for Biosecurity for the purposes of that Act.
