Abstract The present Ordinance implements articles 10 and 11 of the Soil Protection Law (LGBl. 80/2001). The purpose of the Ordinance is to regulate the use of sewage sludge in agriculture in such a way as to prevent harmful effects on s oil, vegetation, animals and man, thereby encouraging the correct use of such sewage sludge.
