Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Fertilizer Act of 9 January 2009. The Ordinance applies to anyone who pirates waste-water treatment plants and surrenders or intends to surrender sewage sludge for application on agriculturally or horticulturally used soils and anyone who applies or intends to apply sewage sludge on agriculturally or horticulturally used soils. The text consists of 39 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Requirements of sewage sludge (2); Requirements to grant quality (3); Common provisions concerning sampling and registers (4); Final provisions (5). Three Annexes are enclosed.
