Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Public Health and Safety Act. In particular, the Regulation lay down provisions relating to the issuance of sewage disposal permits which is required prior to the construction, installation, or substantial repair of a sewage disposal system or connection to an existing sewage disposal system. The text – consisting of 45 sections – deals with the following aspects: application, permitting, location, construction and operation, maintenance, abandonment and site reclamation, transportation and final disposal of sewage, enforcement.
