Undertakings shall obtain a licence from the Maldives Water and Sanitation Authority. Licences shall be valid for 12 months renewable. All sewage disposal facilities shall comply with the quality criteria set out in the Second Schedule. Remaining provisions concern monitoring, record keeping, tariffs and charges, and prescribe penalties. (10 regulations and 2 Schedules) Full text English
