Article 1 concerns forestry protection measures in case of threats, such as natural disasters, i.e. storm and snow, fire or a multiplication of plants and animals harmful to forestry eco-systems. Article 2 establishes that the “Land” shall participate in the costs above all if the protection measures are aimed at the well-being of the community.
