Abstract

This Regulation, made under the Ethiopia Commodity Exchange Proclamation, provides rules for the trade in sesame and white pea beans at the Ethiopia Commodity Exchange and other specified transaction centres and provides for the certification of sesame and white pea beans supplier, exporter or processing service provider. The Regulation sets out obligations of persons involved in sesame or white pea beans transactions or services, including producers and provides for quality control.
