Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the production, transfer, and use of semen, egg cells and embryos of breeding animals. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Artificial insemination (1); Provisions on animal breeding for artificial insemination (2); Transfer of embryos (3); Provisions on access to data (4); Penalties and final provisions (5).
