Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the self-monitoring of water supply and waste water plants. Article 2 establishes that whoever runs such a facility has to carry out self-monitoring procedures that meet the minimum requirements of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Obligation of self-monitoring (2); Monitoring methods (3); Special condition inspection(4); Operating Log-Book (5); Self-monitoring report (6); Exceptions (7); Entry into force (8).
