Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to self-monitoring of waste water facilities and waste water discharge. Article 2 establishes that anyone running a waste water discharge facility shall, adopt at his own expenses, all necessary operations as well as tests according to the general recognized rules of the latest technique to ensure the orderly functioning of his plant. Moreover, he shall employ qualified personnel to carry out the self-monitory system provided that those functions have not been devolved to a third party. The text consists of 10 articles and 3 Annexes.
