The text provides for certification of crop varieties, approval for production of foundation, registered or certified seed, field and bin inspection, diseases, sampling, and acceptance of new crop or plant varieties. In the Schedule, the text provides for crop standards including rules for certifying open-pollinated corn, certifying rice, and certifying groundnuts. The Regulation contains 21 Articles.
