Abstract

These Regulations relate to the enforcement of Seeds and Seedlings Law. Regulations refer to the procedure of application for variety registration and list the particulars to be contained in an application including the seed or strain of the variety (sect. 1). Section 8 requires an application fee to be paid and there are detailed provisions concerning registration fees (sect. 21). Section 17 relates to genera and species of agricultural, forestry and aquatic plants.
