The present Ordinance enters into force on 15 December 2012.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the marketing of planting material of certain conservation mixtures contributing directly to the preservation of the natural environment. Article 7 is added to the Ordinance and verifies that packages or containers of seed from conservation mixtures are to be closed and secured by the person who marked them. The text consists of 8 Articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Definition of terms (2); Application for the authorization to bring into circulation seed conservation mixtures (3); Requirements for seed conservation mixtures (4); Monitoring by visual inspections and tests (5); Sealing of packages (6); Closure (7); Marking (8). One Annex is enclosed.
