For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 31 January 2018.
Abstract

The present Regulation is enacted under the Energy Resources Conservation Act. For the purpose of the present Regulation “critical facility” means a mining operation, a pipeline or a processing plant that is named in the critical infrastructure list or a related facility of any of them. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the establishment of security measures to be established for a critical facility.
