This Ordinance enters into force on 1 July 1993.
Abstract

The above-mentioned Ordinance amends the Ordinance on Quality of Fruits and Vegetables of 9 October 1971 (BGBl. I p. 1637).The amendments concern, inter alia, article 4 on "Quality Control by the Competent Authority". Every producer has to provide details of goods, such as kind of product, quantity to be send, place, destination, etc. The Ordinance consists of 2 articles.
