I p. 159). Inter alia, an article 2b on Duty to notify, and an article 14 on Transitional provisions are added; chapter 4 on Penalties and transitional provisions is reworded. Moreover, the present Ordinance amends the Bees Disease Ordinance in its consolidated version of 24 November 1995 (BGBl. I p. 1552). In particular a chapter VI and VII are added. Furthermore, the following Ordinances are amended: the Fowl Pest Ordinance in its consolidated version of 16 May 2001 (BGBl. I p. 930); the Swine Fever Ordinance in its consolidated version of 17 July 2003 (BGBl. I p. 1496, 1547); the Ordinance on Registration of animal diseases in its consolidated version of 11 April 2001 (BGBl. I p. 547) and finally the TSE Inspection Ordinance of 13 December 2001 (BGBl.
