The Law further provides for the sickness benefit and maternity allowance. According to Article 17 the bearer of farmers' health insurance is the social insurance for agriculture, forestry and horticulture that in matters of health insurance for farmers and in carrying out the tasks under this law, it bears the designation agricultural health insurance fund. The Law further provides for the membership conditions, association tasks in agricultural health insurance and financing. This Law consists of 9 Sections and 66 Articles.
