Abstract

The present Ordinance contains special requirements for the keeping of vertebrates suitable to be kept by human beings, as well as for the keeping of wild animals in respect of which special requirements exists for their keeping; and on such wild animals whose keeping is not allowed with a view to their protection. In particular, the text deals with special requirements for mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish. Article 9 lists wild animals which may not be kept. The text consists of 11 articles and 5 Annexes.
