Abstract

The amendments concern the Table of the Act on foodstuff and other consumer goods of 8 July 1993 (BGBl. I p. 1169) which is differently worded; Part 9 dealing with penalties is amended; the title of Part 7 is replaced by the following: "Survey and monitoring of foodstuff"; a sub-paragraph "Monitoring of foodstuff" is also added. Furthermore, the Ordinance amends the Act on milk and dairy products of 25 July 1990 (BGBl. I p. 1471); the Meat Hygiene Act of 8 July 1993 (BGBl. I p. 1189), the Poultry Meat Hygiene Act of 15 July 1982 (BGBl. I p. 993). The Act consists of 4 articles.
