The Regulations also provide that, where a shipboard marine pollution emergency plan for noxious liquid substances required under regulation 15 of the Sea Pollution (Control of Pollution By Noxious Liquid Substances in Bulk) Regulations (S.I. 46 of 1994) and the shipboard oil pollution emergency plan required under these Regulations apply to a ship, both plans may be combined. Together they shall be called the "shipboard marine pollution emergency plan."
